Accessibility
Built for every crew member
Per Diem Report should work for everyone, on any phone, in any light, with any assistive tech.
- Built to a standard - We design to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, and test every page with automated checks before each update.
- Keyboard and screen readers - Every page works with a keyboard alone. A skip link jumps past the menu, focus is always visible, and buttons, links and forms have clear labels.
- Charts you can hear - Every chart carries its numbers on the page, and screen readers get the full set of values. The Pay Trends page also has a year-by-year table.
- Text size and zoom - Pages reflow on phones and stay readable at 200% browser zoom. Use your browser or phone text size setting to make everything larger.
- Color and motion - Text meets AA contrast. Pages respect your device's reduced motion and high contrast settings.
- Print - Any page prints cleanly: menus and buttons drop off, and links print their web address.
- Downloads - Our PDF reports are tagged with headings and a language so screen readers can follow them, and the text can be copied or read aloud.
- Plain language - We write short sentences and explain trade and tax terms. The FAQ covers the basics.
